Content of the concluded contract:

§1 General provisions

1.  The Contractor, implementing and supervising an educational project in the form of teaching how to create websites on WordPress, offers the possibility of creating a website for the Ordering Party for free by interns and/or students.

2. The website created is to serve:

a. The Ordering Party – as a representative form of promoting its services/products/activities on the Internet

b. The Contractor – as a portfolio.

c. The intern/student – ​​as a portfolio and credit.

3. The Ordering Party will be able to freely modify the content on the website after its creation.

4. The Ordering Party has the right to change the hosting provider, after the completion of the website.

5. The contractor undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of any document, information or other material provided for by the Ordering Party. The parties shall remain bound by this obligation beyond the closing date of the action.

§2 Website implementation

1. The website creation service includes:

  • Installing and configuring WordPress;
  • Creating an elegant and responsive website that meets the latest global trends;
  • Creation of up to 12 subpages;
  • Creating a unique home page;
  • Creating a unique subpage template;
  • Creating a unique contact subpage;
  • Creating a unique gallery subpage;
  • Placing information on subpages (up to 12 A4 pages of text written in font size 12 and/or up to 12 multimedia files (e.g. photos in .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif format));
  • Logo placement;
  • Adding a Favicon icon;
  • Selecting the text font;
  • Website responsiveness;
  • Added Google maps;
  • Adding links to social media pages (maximum 5);
  • Adding a contact form (up to 10 text fields, e.g. name, company name, phone number, e-mail address, subject, message content, etc.);
  • Hosting an approved website on the Participant’s domain;

Additionally, following services are included in the case that the Ordering Party signed up for one of the Online Store hosting options:

  • Installing and configuring WooCommerce plugin;
  • Adding up to 5 product categories;
  • Adding up to 16 products;
  • Adding shopping cart functionality;
  • Adding an order summary subpage;
  • Adding a payment gateway compatible with WooCommerce (e.g. Stripe, PayPal);
  • Store responsiveness

2. The website will be created within 30 working days based on the information form completed by the Ordering Party.

3. The Contractor will inform the Ordering Party about the creation of the website by e-mail, sending a link to the website.

4. The Ordering Party has 7 working days to collect its comments and corrections regarding the created website and send them in one file to the e-mail address of its project manager.

The list of corrections and comments cannot include adding new content to the page. If the above list is not sent, the project is considered accepted.

5. The Contractor will implement changes on the website within 15 business days.

§3 Obligations of the Ordering Party

1. The Ordering Party must cooperate with the Contractor in order to create a website of the highest possible standard.

2. The Ordering Party undertakes to purchase and maintain the website hosting included in the Contractor’s offer at: https://wacademy.lt/website-or-online-store/ within 3 business days from the date of signing this agreement.

3. The Ordering Party undertakes to send content to be placed on the website via an information form. The form will be sent to the Ordering Party by the Contractor immediately after paying for the website hosting.

4. After creating the page , the Ordering Party will add its opinion on the effects of cooperation to our review page.

§4 Contractor's Obligations

1. The Contractor shall send the Ordering Party access data and instructions for using the website after placing it on the appropriate domain.

2. The Contractor will place the finished website on the appropriate domain and, if necessary and possible, redirect the existing domain to the appropriate name servers.

3. The Contractor, at the request of the Ordering Party, will set up email boxes in the domain assigned to the implementation of the website project. The creation of the email boxes is free of charge.

4. The Contractor undertakes to maintain full confidentiality. All information provided to the Contractor by the Ordering Party necessary for the performance of this contract is considered confidential and the Contractor shall not disclose it to any third parties or entities.

5. The Contractor undertakes to perform the contract even if a given round of internships/practices comes to an end. The Contractor will then transfer the implementation of the website to interns/students from the next round or, if this is impossible, will perform it at its own expense.

§5 Right of withdrawal

1. Per the European directive 2011/83 he/she the Ordering Party has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Information about withdrawal from the contract should be sent by e-mail or letter.

2. The Contractor provides a satisfaction guarantee for the performance of the contract. If the Ordering Party is not satisfied with the version of the website created, the Contractor will create a second version of the website within 7 working days or reimburse the Ordering Party for the hosting costs incurred.

3. The guarantee is valid if the Ordering Party, within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the working link referred to in §2 point 3, sends the Contractor an e-mail informing about the willingness to use the guarantee and the justification of the decision.

4. The guarantee does not cover the refund of costs for additional services provided and registered domains.

§6 Final provisions

1. In all matters not regulated in this agreement, the EU directives, Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Electronic Commerce Regulations on copyright and related rights shall apply.

2. Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing as annexes, under penalty of nullity.

3. The agreement is drawn up in an online version.

4. The Contractor reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement at any time if it considers that the project cannot be implemented within the deadlines specified in this agreement. In such a case, the Contractor shall return to the Ordering Party all fees incurred in connection with the implementation of this agreement, and the Ordering Party waives all possible claims resulting from its termination.

5. Any disputes resulting from the implementation of the provisions of this agreement shall be resolved by the District Court competent for the Contractor’s registered office.
